Serve as primary contact for employee benefits clients, develop coverage strategies, manage renewals and enrollments, ensure compliance (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA), negotiate with carriers, oversee implementations, mentor junior staff, and use agency tools to deliver strategic benefits advice and client service.

Lead execution of new business and renewal placements for mid-to-large commercial insurance accounts. Manage timelines, conduct exposure and financial analysis, prepare quote specifications, negotiate complex coverage terms, build placement strategies (including alternative risk financing and towers), engage carriers, mentor placement team members, ensure licensing compliance, and prepare policy and proposal documentation. Provide consultative guidance and drive operational excellence across placement lifecycle.

Manage commercial lines underwriting and placement for mid-to-large accounts: analyze submissions, price risks, negotiate with carriers and agency partners, maintain carrier relationships and databases, facilitate placements with Acrisure ACE, and support outbound marketing of programs while ensuring compliance and documentation.
