Manage vendor orders and documentation for Costco accounts, audit forms for pricing and compliance, submit invoices, coordinate cross-border customs and shipping paperwork, support promotions and demos, maintain vendor/item records, coordinate samples and member inquiries, and assist Business Managers with meetings and account tasks.

Perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations: prepare, serve, and break down samples; engage and sell to customers; maintain clean, safe work station; complete required online reporting and expense submissions; follow retailer dress code and safety/food-handling rules. Part-time (up to 25 hours/week).

Manage regional channel partnerships for Google-branded hardware (Pixel, Nest, Google Services). Drive sell-out through regional business planning, incentives, launches, programs, and events. Build and influence carrier and retailer relationships, analyze performance metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, and travel extensively across the Western US.
