The Sr. Recruiter at Acorns will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, partner with leadership, and develop strategies to attract top talent across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing technical recruiting operations and mentoring team members while building scalable hiring systems for success.

The Senior Backend Engineer will lead AI-focused projects, optimize data pipelines, mentor juniors, and enhance customer support through innovative technologies.

Manage day-to-day operations and account management for Earn (marketplace) partners. Launch and update partners by coordinating cross-functional teams (Creative, Legal, Compliance). Monitor partner performance, troubleshoot issues, identify growth opportunities, and maintain partner documentation, timelines, and processes to keep launches organized and on track.
