Lead a team of account executives to manage and grow strategic enterprise payments customers. Own renewal, retention, expansion, executive engagement, and multi-year account strategies. Drive cross-sell, negotiate large agreements, leverage AI and analytics to improve forecasting and retention, and partner cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes and revenue growth.
