Manage homeowners catastrophe claims from assignment through closure. Responsibilities include contacting policyholders, investigating losses, analyzing coverage and state law, reviewing damage estimates, evaluating claim value, negotiating settlements, approving payments, identifying recovery opportunities, documenting claim files, and referring complex cases. The role primarily handles claims valued from $5,000 to $25,000 and requires strong communication, decision-making, customer service, negotiation, and insurance policy knowledge.

Manage the annual corporate and operational audit plan, including risk assessments, control testing, audit execution, findings, reporting, and recommendations. Supervise and develop professional auditors, review workpapers, coordinate with external auditors, support special projects, and advise management on control improvements and regulatory compliance. Maintain audit methodologies, budgets, timelines, and status reporting while promoting a strong corporate control environment across a multi-state organization.

Serves as a cloud and DevOps subject matter expert for enterprise infrastructure projects. Designs, implements, and promotes AWS and GCP cloud solutions, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, automation, security, scalability, monitoring, and operational practices. Guides cross-functional teams on Agile infrastructure principles, removes technical impediments, supports cloud migrations, conducts technology reviews, and improves DevOps adoption. The role also includes Linux administration, middleware troubleshooting, performance testing, and production support.
