The Clinical Manager evaluates treatment progression of client programs, provides supervision and consultation, communicates with staff and families, and collaborates on client progress with Program Managers.

Design and implement ABA programs, collaborate with families and professionals, supervise and train direct-care behavior therapists, travel between regional clients, track and evaluate client progress using data collection software, and participate in organizational improvements using OBM.
