Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned regions: source passive and active candidates (especially technical sales/engineering), build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, manage ATS, track recruiting metrics, train on interviewing/ATS, and support employer branding and sourcing strategies.

Lead and supervise 2–6 HVAC-R service technicians, provide technical backup, schedule and QA/QC jobs, enforce safety and company policies, coordinate with dispatch and departments, counsel technicians, and ensure timely completion of repairs, installations, and maintenance while protecting company financial interests.

Manage HVAC/plumbing/process projects from estimating and proposals through procurement, execution, and closeout. Serve as single client contact, coordinate internal departments and field labor, control job costs and billing, lead meetings, protect contractual interests, and develop business relationships while mentoring staff.
