Lead regional hydronics fabrication operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and standardized procedures. Manage staffing, production scheduling, shop performance, cross-functional coordination, budgeting, and risk mitigation across multiple sites.

Coordinate technical aspects of construction projects, manage project documentation, lead meetings and BIM coordination, perform material takeoffs and bid estimates, handle procurement and subcontractor buyouts, monitor onsite progress and quality, manage budgets, schedule and billing, lead closeout activities, and provide engineering/design support and value engineering.

Lead electrical/HVAC project delivery from estimating and proposal through procurement, field installation, and closeout. Manage budgets, contracts, change orders, client relationships, cross-functional coordination, and staff mentorship while developing new business and ensuring project profitability and compliance.

Coordinate technical aspects of construction projects: manage documentation, procurement, estimating, scheduling, BIM coordination, quality control, vendor/subcontractor buyouts, invoicing, closeout deliverables, and collaborate with project teams to resolve installation and budget/schedule issues.

Lead and supervise 2–6 HVAC-R technicians, provide technical backup, schedule and QA/QC service work, enforce safety and company policies, coordinate with dispatch and other departments, and ensure timely completion of repairs, installations, and maintenance.

Lead mechanical engineer responsible for delivering HVAC mechanical design from concept through construction. Duties include HVAC calculations, equipment layout, duct and piping design, code-compliant conceptual designs, energy analyses, coordination with project teams, oversight of design staff, and field engineering support.

Perform variance and KPI analysis, cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, M&A due diligence support, and provide ad hoc insights. Partner with teams to improve processes, assist internal audit requests, and prepare materials for senior management and board presentations.

Provide day-to-day benefits administration and employee support for medical, dental, vision, life, HSA/FSA, and supplemental plans. Coordinate open enrollment, new-hire sessions, benefits portal content, broker and carrier interactions, reporting/metrics, and wellness initiatives. Escalate complex issues to benefits management or brokers and collaborate with Payroll and HR teams.
