Lead design, configuration, testing, release and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Supervise field construction operations under the Field Superintendent: plan staffing and schedules, enforce safety protocols, train and mentor crews, coordinate with subcontractors, track labor budgets, generate progress reports, order and return tools/materials, and ensure quality installations.
