Teams at Acceleration LLC

Coordinates People & Culture activities across multiple agencies, including onboarding, employee support, inclusion and belonging initiatives, internship programs, recruiting coordination, performance reviews, reporting, and offboarding. Partners with Finance, IT, Payroll, recruiting, managers, and external talent organizations. Maintains documentation, calendars, organizational charts, and employee communications while identifying opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation.

Supports entertainment-driven client strategies through market, consumer, talent, influencer, and pop culture research. Assists with campaign ideation, go-to-market strategies, content strategy, talent sourcing, client presentations, event logistics, travel coordination, payment tracking, budgets, expenses, and project administration. Collaborates with creative, social, PR, and production teams while maintaining talent databases, deliverable trackers, and project records.

Support influencer and talent initiatives: research and build lists, execute outreach, coordinate product shipments, track organic social activity, maintain trackers and reporting, assist with events, logistics, and client recaps across entertainment and beauty accounts.
