Teams at Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences

Manages exhibition graphic design projects from concept through production, including print, digital, environmental graphics, signage, labels, and presentation materials. Collaborates with curators, designers, vendors, and production teams to deliver accurate, accessible, on-budget work. Supervises junior and temporary staff, oversees artwork preparation and reproductions, manages schedules and budgets, negotiates vendor terms, and ensures production quality and longevity within museum exhibition spaces.

Leads corporate membership and partnership sales, renewals, cultivation, negotiations, and post-sale activation for the Academy and Academy Museum. Develops prospect pipelines, proposals, reports, and partnership materials; manages contractual deliverables, events, and cross-departmental execution. Supervises and mentors staff, coordinates internal teams and external agencies, maintains relationship records in Salesforce, and identifies growth opportunities through market and industry research.

Manages seasonal media logistics and technical operations for Academy events, including press environments, broadcast coordination, pool camera workflows, connectivity, infrastructure, accessibility services, vendor operations, troubleshooting, and live-event execution.
