Support the Managing Partner by planning, organizing, and executing executive-level projects; drive multiple initiatives to completion, liaise with internal teams and vendors, track deadlines and deliverables, and use project management tools and Microsoft Office to report status and streamline workflows.

Supports employment litigation attorneys throughout the litigation cycle, with a strong focus on civil trial preparation. Responsibilities include preparing trial binders and exhibits, drafting and filing legal documents, managing discovery and depositions, conducting legal research, coordinating deadlines, e-filing with courts, maintaining case files, and assisting with motions, jury instructions, verdict forms, and trial timelines.
