Conduct client intake and fact-gathering, evaluate potential employment claims, draft recommendations and legal correspondence, manage high caseloads, maintain case files in the firms case management system, and coordinate with attorneys to develop pre-litigation strategy.

Lead and supervise the Workers' Compensation practice: provide strategic direction, mentor attorneys, handle complex case evaluations, negotiate settlements, represent at trials/hearings, and conduct client education while fostering collaborative team culture.

Manage a workers' compensation docket from intake to resolution, prepare and attend depositions, respond to client inquiries, invoice depositions, guide non-attorneys, and collaborate with senior associates and support staff to advance cases toward resolution.
