Short-term contract IT assistant responsible for disconnecting, labeling, packing, transporting, and setting up computers and office technology during an office move. Duties include reconnecting workstations, verifying network and peripheral functionality, maintaining equipment inventory, resolving basic setup issues, and escalating complex problems. The role is on-site in Burbank, requires reliable transportation, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexible full-time availability for approximately one to two weeks.

Resolves and negotiates a high-volume California workers’ compensation caseload. Reviews case files, evaluates legal strategy and settlement value, analyzes QME reports, calculates disability and medical demands, conducts depositions when needed, and manages negotiations and settlements. The role requires strong knowledge of California workers’ compensation regulations, EAMS, e-filing, and AME/PQME processes, with potential travel to trial locations.

Supports class action employment litigation under attorney supervision by drafting pleadings and discovery, conducting legal research, attending hearings and depositions, assisting with client communication and settlements, and organizing case files. The role is designed for a recent law school graduate awaiting California Bar results or formal admission, providing practical litigation experience and professional development.
