Coordinates the full onboarding process, including new-hire paperwork, background checks, compliance documentation, training scheduling, candidate tracking, and onboarding metrics reporting. Serves as a liaison between candidates and internal teams while maintaining confidential records and ensuring adherence to Medicaid, regulatory, and employment requirements. Requires bilingual English-Spanish communication and strong organizational skills.
