Own technical enablement for Sales Engineers and Account Executives through new-hire bootcamps, live and virtual training, competitive deep dives, value-based demos, and proof-of-value education. Develop demo narratives, positioning guides, and technical readiness programs; assess certification and execution competency; identify readiness gaps; and partner with Product, PMM, Competitive Intelligence, and Enablement teams to improve field performance.

Leads the CFO’s strategic programs across Finance and other company functions, establishing priorities, milestones, owners, reporting cadences, and escalation processes. Oversees controls, audits, compliance workstreams, operating rhythms, talent programs, international expansion frameworks, and ESG initiatives. Drives AI adoption in Finance by developing practical workflow tools and measuring usage and time savings. Represents the CFO with executive stakeholders and ensures commitments are completed on schedule.

Manage mid-market SaaS customer relationships from onboarding through adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead business reviews, communicate ROI, develop success plans, monitor customer health, resolve escalations, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales. Provide customer education, communicate product updates, identify adoption opportunities, and deliver tailored recommendations. The role requires strategic and technical customer engagement, executive relationship management, and expertise in internet technologies, networking, and email security.
