Manage day-to-day janitorial operations across multiple buildings, leading Project Managers and Supervisors to meet contract requirements, control costs, ensure quality and safety, handle customer interactions, oversee inspections and inventory, manage payroll and invoices, and implement operational improvements to maintain service standards and profitability.

Coordinate sensitive legal requests (subpoenas, litigation holds, EEOC), maintain secure document retention, manage HR compliance policies and handbook, extract and analyze HRIS and case data, produce executive reports and dashboards, support investigations, and collaborate with Legal, HR, IT, and operations to improve compliance processes and reduce risk.

Provide in-house commercial legal support: draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; advise on contractual risks and compliance; manage disputes and litigation oversight; partner with internal stakeholders and support corporate governance.
