The role requires communication, problem-solving, independent prioritization, and may include overnight or weekend shifts and physically demanding work.

Oversee janitorial and facility operations, client relationships, budgets, vendors, staff supervision, hiring, training, inspections, payroll, inventory, safety compliance, supplies, work orders, and out-of-scope proposals. Identify cost-saving initiatives, prepare reports, support business development, and ensure administrative and financial procedures are followed.
