Manage day-to-day janitorial operations across multiple buildings, leading Project Managers and Supervisors to meet contract requirements, control costs, ensure quality and safety, handle customer interactions, oversee inspections and inventory, manage payroll and invoices, and implement operational improvements to maintain service standards and profitability.

Manage stadium janitorial operations for events: supervise and train staff, coordinate staffing and subcontractors, ensure OSHA compliance, respond to customer inquiries and complaints, report incidents, support Project Manager on planning and contract fulfillment, and promote additional billable services to retain clients.

Analyze and monitor labor performance versus budget, identify variances and trends, support forecasting and reporting, maintain data accuracy, improve reporting processes, and partner with operations and finance to drive labor cost optimization and performance improvements.

Perform predictive maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing, and oil analysis to detect equipment issues, recommend corrective actions, maintain and calibrate tools, document findings in CMMS, and collaborate with facilities maintenance to improve equipment reliability and safety.

Perform thermal imaging and predictive maintenance (ultrasonic, oil analysis) on electrical and mechanical systems, analyze data, report findings, maintain/calibrate tools, document work in CMMS, and collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize preventive actions while ensuring safety compliance.

Lead and mentor AI engineers and data scientists to research, prototype, and productionize scalable AI/ML solutions (NLP, CV, predictive analytics, generative AI). Own MLOps, cloud integrations (Azure, AWS, GCP), ethical AI governance, model monitoring/versioning, and cross-functional deployment to meet business objectives.

Provide FP&A support for a designated region: build and maintain financial models, assist budgeting and forecasting, update forecasts, analyze P&L variances, contribute to month-end close and journal entries, report operating metrics, and support special projects and stakeholder communications.

Supervise custodial staff on a designated account/shift at public schools; manage schedules, coverage, lunches/breaks, and staffing levels. Perform coaching, discipline, safety and quality audits, basic admin/payroll/attendance tasks, maintain shift reports, liaise with clients and account managers, and patrol sites by walking/driving to ensure productivity and compliance.
