Oversees care model development, patient access and adherence, reimbursement support, KPIs, financial planning, resource allocation, and program performance. Partners with brand and cross-functional teams to align patient services with commercial objectives, remove therapy initiation barriers, optimize patient outcomes, manage risks, and provide data-driven guidance to senior leadership in a complex matrixed pharmaceutical environment.

Partners with the Allergan Aesthetics HR team and business leaders to develop HR strategies, workforce analytics, headcount plans, communications, and employee lifecycle processes. Coordinates initiatives with HR centers of excellence, supports leadership cycles, conducts exit interviews, processes terminations, analyzes workforce trends, and recommends process improvements. Also helps integrate AI-enabled processes to improve HR team efficiency and ensures compliance with corporate policies.
