Support project documentation, coordinate drawings/RFIs/changes with subcontractors and consultants, prepare change order requests, monitor schedules and closeout, and coach junior project staff while ensuring procedural and contractual compliance.

Lead and deliver multiple corporate interiors/tenant-improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client and design relationships, billing, and project documentation. Ensure code and permitting compliance, quality standards, and forecasted profit goals. Train and direct assistant PMs, collaborate with field superintendents, participate in marketing/RFPs, and drive process improvements and lessons-learned.

Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality, safety, and closeout for commercial construction projects. Lead project teams, prepare estimates and PMPs, negotiate contracts and change orders, monitor cost/schedule performance, coordinate permits and stakeholders, and ensure project documentation and client billing.
