Manages construction project costs, budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, change orders, subcontractor payment applications, and cost controls. Coordinates with project, procurement, commercial, and scheduling teams to identify risks, analyze variances, support contract administration, and prevent cost overruns. The role also contributes to value engineering, final accounts, audits, and project financial closeout.

Support Project Managers by ensuring field work meets plans and specifications: review shop drawings, update schedules, publish progress reports, inspect concrete and structural installations, coordinate meetings, track submittals/RFIs/changes, and recommend cost- and labor-saving methods. Travel outside California for extended assignments with monthly home visits.

Support project documentation, coordinate drawings/RFIs/changes with subcontractors and consultants, prepare change order requests, monitor schedules and closeout, and coach junior project staff while ensuring procedural and contractual compliance.

Coordinate and produce high-quality proposals and marketing materials: manage formatting, layout, proofreading, editing, graphics coordination, compliance, and content organization. Support capture planning, maintain proposal libraries, conduct research, and assist BD teams to produce compelling, brand-consistent deliverables.

Coordinate proposal development and marketing collateral: manage teams, formatting, proofreading, editing, compliance, and quality reviews. Create and maintain qualifications, project descriptions, and resumes; support capture planning, research, and marketing materials using Adobe CC and PowerPoint.

Support project managers and superintendents on operations tasks and assist senior staff with estimating. Uphold company safety and core values, participate in RPE programs, read drawings/specifications, and perform other assigned duties.
