Coordinates proposal development and marketing deliverables for construction pursuits. Responsibilities include team coordination, messaging, formatting, proofreading, editing, graphics coordination, quality reviews, compliance, research, content development, and maintaining qualifications, project descriptions, and resumes. Supports brochures, presentations, and other collateral while ensuring consistent branding and persuasive, client-focused communication.

Assists with planning, managing, and closing commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include project management planning, preconstruction meetings, permits, value engineering, procurement, subcontractor and owner change orders, project engineering, job cost controls, payment coordination, quality management, and closeout documentation. The role requires extended travel outside California, with approximately monthly trips home.
