Teams at ABA Therapy Partners

Provides one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Implements behavior intervention plans, teaches replacement behaviors, collects and documents behavioral data, communicates progress to supervising BCBAs, supports program improvements, and assists with instructional materials. The role requires experience managing aggressive and self-injurious behaviors, collaboration with families and clinical staff, participation in training, and occasional transportation related to treatment activities.
