Provide access control, patrol interior and exterior property, respond to incidents and emergencies, enforce policies, complete reports and administrative tasks, and follow security procedures while using technology to support communications and incident documentation.

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for data platforms. Build and automate CI/CD and data ingestion pipelines, troubleshoot and resolve pipeline and ML lifecycle incidents, optimize performance and networking, implement security best practices, and collaborate with data engineering, data science, and security teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable data operations.

Manage accounts receivable activities including billing adjustments, researching unallocated monies, resolving credit balances and misapplied payments, onboarding larger customers, verifying invoices against order entry, processing requisitions/disbursements/journals, reporting system defects, and providing customer support across multiple channels.
