Lead technical OT security assessments across manufacturing sites to identify unintended connectivity and vulnerabilities, validate OT infrastructure and remediation, improve visibility into unmanaged technologies, conduct recurring technical reviews, and design/tabletop exercises to validate operational response, escalation, and recovery for manufacturing resilience.

Manage the global Meguiar’s product lifecycle, including launches, renovations, pricing, SKU mix, packaging, compliance, and phase-outs. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, finance, marketing, and commercial teams to execute the product roadmap. Use market, POS, shopper, elasticity, pricing, and demand data to develop business cases, forecasts, optimize portfolio performance, and guide product and investment decisions.

Lead identification and resolution of manufacturing process and equipment deficiencies, prioritize MES and equipment improvements, support capital project justification, drive operational excellence across multiple mining plants, mentor plant personnel on best practices, and use data-driven methods to improve performance and uptime.
