Lead technical OT security assessments across manufacturing sites to identify unintended connectivity and vulnerabilities, validate OT infrastructure and remediation, improve visibility into unmanaged technologies, conduct recurring technical reviews, and design/tabletop exercises to validate operational response, escalation, and recovery for manufacturing resilience.

Manage the global Meguiar’s product lifecycle, including launches, renovations, pricing, SKU mix, packaging, compliance, and phase-outs. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, finance, marketing, and commercial teams to execute the product roadmap. Manage capital projects for manufacturing operations: plan timelines and budgets, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, specify and commission equipment, oversee plant layout and construction, execute bidding and supplier management, ensure code compliance and protect IP, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

The Director oversees outsourced business services at 3M, ensuring performance, governance, and alignment with Global Business Services while driving efficiency and continuous improvement in BPO operations.

Manage global semiconductor key accounts for 3M EMSD: develop customer strategies, drive design wins with Tier One manufacturers, partner with technical teams for product acceleration, use Salesforce to track account needs, achieve sales quota and pricing targets, and collaborate across global teams to deliver solutions.

Manage daily export consolidation center operations including load planning, order allocation, booking coordination, and container execution. Oversee OSD processing, yard/pool management, cost monitoring, and system accuracy across ERP/WMS/TMS. Support transitions from third-party operators, lead continuous improvement projects, and serve as primary site-level operational contact.
