Drive commercial performance, develop leadership, embed AI into advisory portfolios, and ensure measurable business outcomes. Sponsor major pursuits and establish repeatable go-to-market motions and operating discipline.

Responsible for generating business at new accounts and expanding existing client opportunities, focusing on solution selling and relationship management within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Manage and mentor Azure-focused consulting teams, act as a billable Azure Architect (targeted 75% utilization), drive client engagements, oversee delivery and utilization, conduct 1:1s and training plans, contribute to pre-sales, estimate work, resolve personnel issues, and help define client experience and engagement processes.
