Partner with studios and analytics teams to build ML models, feature pipelines, real-time analytics, and self-service tools. Prioritize use cases like retention modeling, personalization, dynamic content, and fraud detection while ensuring MLOps, governance, and production model performance.

Lead platform architecture and roadmap to build an AI-enabled Internal Developer Platform. Drive platform-as-product, Kubernetes-based IaC (Terraform), CI/CD standards, automation, and developer self-service. Mentor engineers, provide Tier 2 troubleshooting, define governance, and participate in 24/7 on-call to ensure high availability and operational resilience.

Manage end-to-end go-to-market programs: create and maintain project timelines, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track budgets and creative assets, ensure legal compliance for asset usage, and run event/activation logistics. Provide status reporting to leadership and resolve risks to keep launches on schedule and within budget.
