Serve as strategic HR partner to the Regional Vice President and field leaders to align people strategies with business goals. Coach leaders, diagnose organizational challenges, lead workforce planning, interpret workforce data, support change and onboarding, and deploy HR solutions to drive performance, engagement, and scalable team design across a multi-site region.

Lead enterprise EHS, regulatory compliance, and asset protection across multi-site club locations. Develop safety programs, manage regulatory inspections, analyze incidents, drive culture change, partner cross-functionally, and oversee theft prevention and physical security controls.

Lead financial modeling, investment analysis, and forecasting for multi-unit, subscription-driven business. Build pro formas, evaluate lease/site economics, drive AOP/quarterly forecasts, and deliver executive presentations. Partner with Real Estate and Operations, develop scalable reporting and automation, guide pricing and product initiatives, and mentor junior analysts.
