Teams at 24 Hour Fitness

Cleans and maintains fitness club facilities, including floors, locker rooms, equipment, wet areas, windows, and common spaces. Restocks supplies, removes waste, performs minor painting and cosmetic repairs, supports preventive equipment maintenance, reports facility issues through ServiceChannel, and escalates member complaints. Requires safe use of cleaning chemicals, ladders, and tools, along with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work independently.

Lead pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise classes (in-person or virtual), ensure safe technique, motivate members, grow attendance, maintain equipment and cleanliness, handle member interactions, and meet administrative duties including scheduling and social media promotion.

Lead daily club operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment; manage and coach attendants and sales/service staff; resolve member issues; drive membership and retail performance; validate cleaning and maintenance routines; manage inventory and supplies; serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.
