Build and maintain Python backend services and AI-assisted applications for threat investigations. Partner with investigators, integrate APIs and AI capabilities, troubleshoot production issues, improve reliability and observability, and participate in rotating on-call coverage. Own engineering solutions from requirements through deployment and ongoing support, including work across backend services, data pipelines, asynchronous workflows, and platform operations.

Develop hands-on workshops, curricula, developer documentation, API and SDK guides, technical exercises, and instructor materials focused on LLMs, AI developer tools, APIs, and vector databases. Translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences, collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to validate accuracy, test exercises, identify documentation gaps, and independently manage content development.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and mission-driven roles, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, candidate experience, and closing. Build talent pipelines, structured interview processes, evaluation rubrics, recruiting metrics, and ATS workflows. Support people operations through onboarding, performance reviews, SOPs, vendor coordination, and process improvement while partnering with leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy.

Build and lead the People function, owning HR operations, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll coordination, immigration, onboarding, and offboarding. Partner with Legal, Finance, Recruiting, Compliance, and leadership to establish scalable policies, develop managers, support organizational design, and build a high-performance culture in a rapidly growing technology company.

Build and automate secure, reproducible cloud infrastructure and tooling to support adversarial testing of AI systems. Collaborate with red teamers and engineers to reproduce, remediate, and simulate attacks, perform threat modeling and security reviews, and integrate security across the development lifecycle.

The Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, evaluate, and deploy ML systems, collaborating on projects in safety, security, and intelligence applications, while owning projects from initial research through to production.
