Serves as the primary contact for a portfolio of small-business clients, coordinating tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Tracks milestones, schedules expert appointments, resolves escalations, supports onboarding and platform adoption, maintains Salesforce records, identifies sales opportunities, and shares client insights internally. The role focuses on proactive communication, client satisfaction, service progression, retention, and efficient coordination across internal teams.

Provides remote tax advisory support and hotline assistance for small-business clients during the seasonal busy period. Reviews tax returns, answers questions about sales tax, payroll, bookkeeping, and tax strategy, resolves escalated issues, documents interactions in Salesforce and proprietary systems, gathers client documentation, and collaborates with tax, bookkeeping, and payroll teams. The role also manages high-volume calls and chats while meeting customer satisfaction, retention, and service KPIs.

Serve as the primary advisor for 500+ small business clients, providing tax compliance guidance, preparing and reviewing individual and business returns, and conducting virtual client meetings. Manage client information and interactions through internal systems, collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll teams, and support additional operational projects. The role requires an active PTIN, professional tax software experience, strong communication, remote-work readiness, and sound judgment when addressing complex client questions.
