Nativo, an adtech company based in El Segundo, will be acquired by Life360 in a transaction valued at $120 million. The acquisition will help Life360 advance its advertising platform by leveraging Nativo’s extensive publisher network alongside its family and location insights.

Nativo is a portfolio company of Cie, a Silicon Valley-based venture studio. With this cash and stock deal, it joins a growing list of acquired Cie-built companies, including Cie Games, ASAP Tire and Titan School Solutions.

Nativo works to provide contextually relevant ads that integrate unobtrusively with publisher content. Life360 will be better equipped to help brands reach families with relevant messages across more channels following the deal, which is set to close in January 2026.
