Los Angeles tech companies made headlines last week with new headquarters, funding rounds and acquisitions. This is the Built In LA weekly refresh. 

Laserfiche opened a new headquarters. Laserfiche is a SaaS company providing business process automation and intelligent content management in more than 80 countries. The company’s new Long Beach headquarters features open work spaces, as well as conference spaces on every floor. [PR Newswire]

EDO raised $80M. EDO, which was co-founded by actor Edward Norton, gathers and provides behavioral metrics for media advertisements – tracking online searches after an advertisement premiers. The funding round, led by Shamrock Capital, will allow the company to expand its network of data sources, grow its team and improve its platform. [GlobeNewswire]

AMD will acquire Pensando. Semiconductor manufacturer AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) entered a definitive agreement to acquire Pensando, a distributed services platform for the cloud, to innovate data centers. AMD paid $1.9 billion for the acquisition, which is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022. [GlobeNewswire]
