Managed by Q arrives in LA to help you take control of your office

, a smart office platform that provides an operating system for offices, announced their arrival to the Los Angeles area today, with a local headquarters in Culver City.

Founded in 2013, the service centers around an iPad installed in a client’s space which acts as a central hub for all of the office’s needs including cleaning schedules, restocking supplies, and on-demand handymen.

The New York-based company has raised $17.4 million in funding to date and currently provides maintenance and supplies to hundreds of clients in New York, Chicago and San Francisco. According to CEO Dan Teran, Managed by Q began building a waitlist in LA 18 months ago, including clients and .
 
"Right now companies in LA are probably using a dozen different companies for a dozen different needs," explained Teran. "At Q we provide a comprehensive solution that just makes it easy to run an office. In addition to running our services through powerful technology, every client is assigned a Q Manager who knows the ins and outs of their office operations. We’ve been called a godsend to office managers in the past, and we’re looking forward to bringing some love to LA office managers."
