VP, Institutional Capital Raising

We are currently looking for a licensed capital raising professional based out our Los Angeles office. This individual will largely be focused on building relationships with institutional capital sources, family offices and accredited investors to help support the team’s capital raising activities. 

What You'll Do:

• Raise capital for selected RealtyMogul.com products and strategies
• Bring a book of potential clients who invest in commercial real estate
• Follow up on leads created for you
• Form, maintain and enhance relationships with potential and existing investors
• Communicate with potential investors on a regular basis
• Assist with the creation of fundraising materials
• Travel to investor events as required 

Who You Are:

• You have a bachelors degree
• You have a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in capital raising with institutions for real estate
• You are Series 7 and 66 (or 63) licensed
• You are successful on the phone and with in-person meetings
• Experience with Salesforce is helpful
• Experience with selling real estate syndications or REITs is required
