FabFitFun is a fast-growing and innovative lifestyle brand looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at our Los Angeles HQ. Working alongside our People Operations team this person will champion the full-cycle recruitment efforts in the areas of engineering and product.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively partner with hiring managers and executives to understand their hiring needs
• Facilitate the entire recruiting process for technical roles: this includes sourcing, screening candidates and guiding them through the interview process
• Possess an existing network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leads
• Build out and execute strategies to find, engage and attract top technical talent
• Manage an outstanding and efficient candidate process and experience

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sourcing and full-cycle recruiting focused on engineers at technology start-ups
• BA/BS Degree required
• Strong knowledge of engineering skill sets (different coding languages, technical stacks and terminology)
• Working knowledge of major applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• The heart and resilience to thrive in a continuously evolving start-up environment
• Interest in beauty, fashion, fitness, health a plus!
