As the Strategic Account Director, you are tasked to lead our upsell / cross sell with existing clients to further expand our leading SaaS solution inside our most key accounts including Mattel, Verizon, AIG, Target, HULU, Hertz, Google and many more to expand our reach, impact, and revenue. The Strategic Account Director will join the Fuel Cycle team as an individual contributor working under the Senior Vice President of Sales and Alliances and will be responsible for all areas of revenue generating activities and operations in this new role. Our commitment to hiring a dedicated Strategic Account Director highlights our recent growth & success and our belief that the time is now to find an all-star to exponentially grow our business within established client accounts. The role requires a creative, results-oriented, energetic sales & business development professional with a passion for the job and the skills to deliver legendary results as the US Strategic Account Director. Although you will be provided with assistance from the Executive Team, Sales Directors, and Services team, you will be expected to highlight both your hunting and farming sales talents.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for securing upsell & Cross Sell revenue by selling additional communities and product solutions
  • First year quota of $600,000 from existing client base
  • Demonstrate salesmanship towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
  • Contribute to the evolving sales processes through collaborative best practices
  • Expertise in our software solutions, use cases, and demos
  • Accurately forecast monthly quarterly, and annual opportunities
  • Work closely with the SVP of Sales for all planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of sales success with year-over-year individual quota attainment in SaaS Account leadership role
  • Market Research background strongly preferred
  • Passion for sales, marketing, and technology
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS experience preferred
  • Exceptional relationship skills, including superb written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines while successfully juggling a multitude of projects simultaneously
  • Extreme level of energy, highly self-motivated, and a passion for success
  • Bachelor degree, MBA a plus
