The goal of the Senior Sales Executive of Dental Service Organizations (DSO) is to achieve maximum sales and customer retention within a predetermined territory by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services. You must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with existing DSOs and find, nurture and develop prospective clients throughout the territory as well as establish relationships with partner organizations and distribution companies to further sales activity. Generating business and closing deals is done over the phone and in person. You must collaborate effectively with member service representatives to coordinate the ongoing relationship with member dentists and to resolve customer complaints and problems.

This position works predominantly in our Los Angeles corporate office with up to 30% required travel. 

What you will be doing:

  • Communicate, present and sell company products and services to existing and potential clients
  • Effectively negotiate complex deals with potential customers
  • Manage customer retention and territory growth simultaneously
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships to build retention
  • Find new DSO’s throughout the territory on a regular basis to grow membership
  • Follow through with customer complaints and utilize problem solving skills, within the company’s guidelines, to resolve issues within company guidelines
  • Negotiate and understand complex contracts, T&C’s etc.

​How we know you’re qualified:

  • 5-7 years of sales experience
  • At least 3 years of territory sales management, preferable
  • B2B sales experience with service organizations, preferable
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial thinking 
  • Work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Understanding of the dental market place 
  • Able to effectively communicate over the phone as well as in person
  • Ability to provide and explain ROI calculations
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive image for the company
  • Ability to close deals quickly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable using technology (in office and while traveling)
  • Knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe
  • Bachelor's degree from a four year, accredited college or university preferred, but not required
