FabFitFun is looking for a proactive Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team! You'll be working with our Finance Team on budgeting, forecasting, and supporting the monthly financial review process for the entire eCommerce organization. Our ideal candidate is extremely analytical, works best in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working across teams.

You Will:

Maintain financial forecast model
Be a key contributor to our month end closing process
Act as a liaison with department heads on monthly operating budgets
Maintain reporting dashboard of business KPIs for Executive team

You Have:

5+ years of financial analysis experience (forecasting, budgeting, month end closing, etc.)
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Experience building dynamic, bottoms-up financial models; ability to translate complex business concepts
Intermediate to advance skills in Excel & Powerpoint
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with highly motivated team members

Bonus:

Experience with a subscription business
Beginning to intermediate SQL Skills
Investment Banking experience
Familiarity with BI dashboards (e.g. Chartio)
Interest in beauty, fashion, fitness, health
Previous startup experience
