Senior Director, Sales
The ideal candidate for 12Twenty is someone with 5-10 years of senior sales experience leading, growing and scaling a sales organization. You will work directly for our CEO and be responsible for the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. You will be a critical part of the senior management team that is charged with the next stage of the growth and evolution of our sales processes. Our candidate is high energy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proven leader and a champion for our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the responsibilities within the organization that drive sales and increase revenue.
- Lead and train while scaling our sales team.
- Drive a performance based sales culture
- Encourage and maintain a strong partnership with executive leadership team
- Champion 12Twenty within the client base.
- Build a strong understanding of impacts on top of funnel sales activity, execute and monitor programs which continue to drive sales
- Develop, define, and execute sales performance measures.
- Develops and implements annual sales team compensation programs
- Plan and manage sales revenue and expense budgets meeting the growth targets set forth by the CEO.
Position Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of senior sales management experience in small to medium sized enterprise software, SaaS services, or Education technology company
- Senior level experience structuring and closing enterprise level sales
- Proven Track record of scalable growth
- Highly collaborative
- Exceptional work ethic, leadership, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Positive and enthusiastic self-starter
- Strategic forward-looking thinker
