Position: Sales & Support Representative

Type: Full-time 40-hrs/wk, contract-to-hire

Start Date: September 2nd, 2014

Compensation: Hourly + Bonus

Telzio is looking for a tech-savvy sales and customer support rep to assist with the following responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls
• Engage with prospective customers and help them get started with Telzio
• Understand and articulate Telzio services clearly
• Be knowledgeable about all of the system’s functions and capabilities
• Recommend products to customers

This position will report directly to the CEO and CTO, and be the first key member of the founding sales team.
