Sales Manager - Enterprise Software / SaaS

 

MomentFeed is growing like wildfire, and needs an outstanding sales management pro with solution selling in their veins to help our multi-location clients solve their biggest digital marketing problems.

 

Our SaaS marketing platform empowers national brands like Starbucks, Cricket Wireless, Jamba Juice, and Pizza Hut to engage with consumers on mobile at every point in their customer lifecycle. We help our clients harness the power of partner networks - Facebook, Google, Apple, Yelp, Bing (and more) to capture local audiences, engage with consumers in authentic and relevant ways, and measure campaign performance through the point of sale.

 

As a leader of an Enterprise Sales team you’ll manage sales execs, inside sales reps, and pre-sales engineers. As an expert in mobile and social media marketing, you’ll lead the team to establish relationships with high-profile enterprises in the retail, restaurant, banking, automotive, hospitality and insurance industries.

 

This is a key position for MomentFeed - the sales team you manage will play a critical role in the company’s continued growth. This will be the best sales job you’ve ever had.

 

You Will

  • Build and manage an aggressive, efficient, consultative sales team that consistently exceeds its revenue targets
  • Help CMO’s and Digital Marketers at enterprise brands overcome their mobile marketing challenges with MomentFeed’s SaaS software and managed services
  • Ensure adherence to a rigorous “Solution Selling” sales process and drive correct usage of Salesforce and other sales technologies
  • Continue to optimize our Account Based Selling (ABM) methodology
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with sales ops and IT on sales technology initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing / product marketing for demand generation, prospect qualification, and sales enablement materials
  • Forecast all sales activity and forecast revenue achievement
  • Monitor customer trends and proactively share insights with internal teams
  • Embody the company’s culture of client success and integrity through all activities & initiatives

 

You Must Have

  • A minimum of 3 years managing a business services and/or software sales team, successfully selling solutions or services at the executive level
  • A track record of exceeding personal and team sales quotas (along with proof!)
  • Aggressive, hard-working, persuasive, persistent attitude
  • The ability to multi-task, along with strong time management skills
  • A high level of comfort demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike
  • Excellent business challenge identification aptitude and team coaching skills
  • The heart and resilience to thrive in a continuously evolving start-up environment
  • The desire to grow in experience and responsibility as the company grows
  • BA or BS degree

 

You Should Have (Bonus Points!)

  • Experience selling to CMO’s / marketing executives
  • Experience managing a team selling to marketing teams at large enterprises
  • Experience managing a team selling complex SaaS solutions / software & services subscriptions
  • Hands-on experience or fundamental knowledge of with digital marketing, mobile marketing, social media, and/or SEO
  • Understanding of consumer use of Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat on mobile phones
