Outstanding Sales Engineer
MomentFeed is growing like wildfire, and needs an outstanding pre-sales engineer with solution selling experience to help our multi-location clients solve their biggest digital marketing problems.
Our SaaS marketing platform empowers national brands like Starbucks, Cricket Wireless, Jamba Juice and Pizza Hut to engage with consumers on mobile at every point in their customer lifecycle. We help our clients harness the power of partner networks - Facebook, Google, Apple, Yelp, Bing (and more) to capture local audiences, engage with consumers in authentic and relevant ways, and measure campaign performance through the point of sale.
As a pivotal member of our Enterprise Sales team you’re an expert in SEO, mobile marketing and/or social media marketing, and will have experience with one or more of our multi-location verticals: restaurant, banking, automotive, hospitality and insurance industries. You’ll work with sales execs to manage the sales lifecycle, and will play a critical role in the company’s continued growth.
You Will
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and managed services to prospective clients
- Dig deep with prospects to assess their technical needs, operational environments, and the current impact that social media has on their business
- Suggest MomentFeed solutions that best solve their critical business issues
- Collaborate with the sales and professional services teams to explain customer requirements
- Support sales executives as they discuss solutions with different people on different teams, including head of Digital Marketing and CMOs
- Demonstrate how MomentFeed’s software works so that prospects can understand the value it will have for them in their environment
- Work with the Product and Managed Services teams to define and design new features and functions
You Must Have
- A solid technical understanding of social media, mobile marketing, the mobile advertising ecosystem, and/or search engine optimization best practices
- 4-6 years of consultative SaaS technology sales engineering experience
- Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills
- The heart and resilience to thrive in a continually evolving start-up environment
- A BA or BS degree
You Should Have (Bonus Points!)
- Experience in selling to or supporting marketing teams at large enterprises
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, mobile marketing, social media, or SEO
