Business Development Representative
We are looking for ambitious talents who are looking to further their sales careers. Learn the ropes and pave your own path through hard work and results. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for owning the top of the funnel. BDRs will work closely with our entire Partnerships Team to win new deals.
Sure is the leading insurance access, enrollment, and claims servicing platform that enables insurers and brands to distribute any insurance product through mobile apps, microsites, whitelabel portals, APIs, and the web.
Today more than 35 global insurance carriers use Sure's technology. Sure is financed by leading New York and Silicon Valley Venture Capital firms and Fortune 500 insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
- Set meetings for our team with companies that can integrate our platform
- Hunting - discovering great companies to partner with and getting them interested in speaking to us (across a wide range of verticals - real estate, jewelry, pet, financial services, and many more)
- Reach key decision makers who can decide on integrating Sure’s insurance platform (C-level, Business and Corporate Development, Marketing, IT, etc.)
- Conduct a high volume of daily activity - calls and emails to schedule meetings
- Maintain all activities in Salesforce
- Utilize sales enablement tools such as SalesLoft, Apollo, Spyfu, and more
- Consistently achieve monthly targets
What we are looking for:
- Strong desire to be a part of a fast growing start-up and doing whatever it takes to win
- 1+ years of lead generation or sales development an a inside sales organization
- Motivated to crush targets and earn commission checks
- Insurance experience or interest in learning a new space and product and figuring out the best way to pitch it
- A winner with ambitious career goals
- Self-starter who always seeks to improve and find more efficient ways of getting the job done
