Sales Development Representative

MomentFeed is growing fast we’re looking for savvy sales development reps to fuel that growth and set up meetings with senior digital marketers at some of the nation’s largest brands.

If you’re energetic, driven, and want to gain the experience you need to be a highly compensated sales executive this position is for you. You’re a great communicator with excellent telephone skills that genuinely loves helping people be successful. You’re great at making friends, and you’re also tech savvy and familiar with social media and mobile apps.

The MomentFeed SaaS marketing platform empowers national brands like Starbucks, Cricket Wireless, Jamba Juice, and Pizza Hut to engage with consumers on mobile at every point in their customer lifecycle. We help our clients harness the power of partner networks - Facebook, Google, Apple, Yelp, Bing (and more) to capture local audiences, engage with consumers in authentic and relevant ways, and measure campaign performance through the point of sale.

As a member of our Enterprise Sales team you’ll become an expert in mobile and social media marketing. Day to day, you’ll identify, contact, and qualify customer prospects with a consultative approach. You’ll perform brand research to inform sales outreach and account strategy with the primary goal of setting up meetings for sales executives.

You Will

  • Utilize a combination of email, phone, and social media outreach to identify and qualify new sales leads
  • Overcome objections and set meetings for sales executives
  • Be creative and find ways get past gatekeepers and connect directly to the right contacts at every qualified account
  • Engage with prospects via telephone and email to uncover their challenges with mobile marketing
  • Maintain active communication with leads by sending timely targeted materials with an account-based strategy
  • Meet (or exceed) monthly targets in setting up qualified meetings. Hustle and moxie will fuel your success.
  • Be consultative and tell our story while listening to needs, goals, and measures of success.
  • Listen, understand, and be an asset to your contacts.
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales Team to ensure successful transitions between sales phases
  • Do whatever it takes to build a sales pipeline while adhering to our company values of Excellence, Authenticity, Entrepreneurism, and Partnership.

 

You Must Have

  • A “heavy hitter” mentality.
  • The perseverance and drive to make 100 outbound calls and emails daily
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or cold calling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills / excellent phone etiquette
  • High energy, the urge to get things done…today
  • A fearless attitude: no prospect is out of reach
  • A great attitude and the ability to work with and collaborate with a close-knit team
  • The ability meet goals and deadlines without being told, reminded or scolded. We’re all adults here, we expect that you are, too.

 

Bonus Points

  • Experience in the digital marketing, social media, and/or mobile industries
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or Engagio
