Sales Development Representative
3PL Central is the fastest growing Software as a Service (SaaS) solution in the warehouse management and supply chain execution market. As a Sales Development Representative with 3PL Central, you will help hard-working business owners and logistics professionals grow their business with 3PL Central. You will help them through their buying journey by aligning our value to solve their business needs. You will call on marketing generated leads, respond to inbound interests and work targeted outbound lists of prospects to qualify opportunities for the Account Executives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Creating customer-centric first impressions with potential prospects while qualifying early opportunities for Account Executives
- Responding to all inbound leads in a timely manner by phone and email
- Accurately capturing required lead data and into Salesforce.com and necessary notes
- Continually maintaining clean and accurate data in Salesforce.com
- Working closely with the Account Executives to define and qualify opportunities for demos of our products
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities generated
- Be an active contributor in a great team environment with a fun and energetic atmosphere
- Offer recommendations for improvements that help improve process and user experience
What we’re looking for in you:
- Passionate about your career in sales or marketing (a student of your craft)
- Self-starter with lots of initiative
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding time management skills
- High energy team player
- Infectious can-do attitude
Would love you to have:
- 1-2 years selling a SaaS product
- 1+ years experience using salesforce.com
- Experience using sales acceleration tools in Salesforce
- Experience and understanding of third party logistics a HUGE plus
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $35K + Monthly Bonus
