 Job Summary:

Phunware is hiring a Programmatic Account Manager (PAM) who will be responsible for scaling DSP & SSP partner accounts. This will include driving the onboarding process through to full production and will involve leading troubleshooting efforts for various technical issues that may arise. A strategy for efficiency and scale should be applied to each partner account and the PAM will be responsible to executing the plan supported by data analysis and modeling techniques. The PAM will also drive the communication between Phunware demand and supply sources to ensure the business can monetize all demand opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementations and integrations for selected DSP and SSP partners
  • Provide end-to-end support to Partners, including troubleshooting various technical issues that may arise
  • Create and implement process to drive scale and efficiencies
  • Validate the end-to-end flow of bid events, win notification, and impression tracking for programmatic buyers
  • Create technical documents to document new development and best practices
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality in line with platform KPIs
  • Align Phunware supply with demand partners to maximize fill rate on platform
  • Monitor traffic health
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in programmatic account management or similar
  • Technical knowledge of data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
  • Knowledge of, or experience overseeing RTB bidder integrations, server-to-server API, and SDK
  • Technical understanding of RTB specs & associated interactions between an exchange and its bidders
  • Strong technical writing skills and ability to communicate in simple language to our partners
  • Strong data analytics skills and the ability to use Big Data platforms (ideally Metamarkets)
  • Strong project management skills and close attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter, with solid customer service experience and a consultative mind-set
  • Working knowledge and experience with HTML, MySQL – ability to troubleshoot and drive resolution from ad calls and responses
  • Graduate degree in software engineering, business, or other related field is preferred

Desirable:

  • Mobile marketing experience a strong plus
  • Experience with Metamarkets reporting tool
  • Experience with ad serving systems (ad network or SSP)
