Essential Functions:

·         Consultatively solution-sell the suite of TeleSign services by mapping business challenges with technology solutions

·          Operationalize new partners and enable them to successfully sell and support the TeleSign suite of products

·         Gather Partner product requirements and work with TeleSign Product Management to prioritize key feature enhancements, product offerings, and releases

·         Cross-Functionally liaise with TeleSign Sales, Client Services, Finance, Product Management and Marketing teams on go-to-market, sales support, and service delivery

·         Lead generation, qualification and opportunity management to contract closure

·         Experience with forecast and pipeline management using CRM tools

·         Ability to work well in a team environment, especially with other departments to ensure partner and customer satisfaction

·         Continually drive new and innovative business initiatives that increase TeleSign revenue.

·         Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic customers in core vertical markets, raising awareness of TeleSign’s solutions

·         Ability to qualify, develop and manage a robust pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual results

·         Represent TeleSign at appropriate at speaking engagements or events

·         Excellent negotiation and contract management skills required

·         Travel not expected to exceed 25%.

 

 

 

Essential Requirements:

·         Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small, and large group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization, including a range of audiences from technical, business, and C-level

·         Minimum five years’ sales experience, selling enterprise solutions to large organizations with documented success exceeding partner sales targets in a similar business

·         Proven track record of driving revenue through partners and exceeding quota

·         Wide network of business development contacts and relationships is essential in this role.

·         Track record of recruiting new partners and successful partner enablement

·         Experience with OEMs and Resell is essential in this role.

·         Previous success organizing cross-functional engagement within company and with partners

·         Strong Technology understanding as it relates to the market and product portfolio of both TeleSign and target partners

·         Strong time management skills, Effective planning and cross-group collaboration skills are required  

·         Must have strong ethics, integrity, and the passion to succeed in a challenging but rewarding environment

·         Experience driving a complex sales process, project and resource management
