Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join Snap Inc! Working closely with the Finance team, you’ll lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting while partnering with business leaders to grow Snap Inc. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll be responsible for building out and managing our financial planning and forecasting processes.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Snapchat's various business divisions to create near and long-term forecasts, identify key performance drivers, and present analyses to various leaders to drive meaningful action
- Perform financial scenario analysis to help our business division leaders make strategic decisions
- Tackle complex financial projects to ultimately drive growth within our business divisions
- Lead internal discussions around near-term and long-term financial planning to make sure that your work is helping our executives make critical decisions
- Build out and maintain a consolidated financial model to be used for quarterly and annual budget cycles
- Analyze variances between actuals, forecast, and plans using takeaways to drive meaningful action
- Partner with the Accounting team to develop new forecasts and variance analyses
What we’re looking for:
- BA/BS and MBA degrees from top universities are a must (please include GPA on resume)
- Proven leadership experience in complex financial planning processes and in the consolidation of full P&L
- Experience working in the tech industry and/or in a an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong financial planning and analytical experience within a global company
- Experience implementing systems and processes
- A detail-oriented personality with executive maturity, business acumen, and the ability to drive influence
- A team player who’s willing to get their hands dirty and help where needed
- Ability to handle competing priorities and complex projects
- Someone proactive and results-driven who has high performance standards
