As the Manager, Events, you will plan and execute event activations and trade shows in an effort to drive subscriptions and increase brand awareness. Your daily responsibilities will include serving as an event expert, working closely with product teams and brand leads to identify event goals, content and promotion, and to coordinate all event logistics. To thrive in this position, you must have a track record of running successful events and be able to interface directly with customers and high level team members.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee planning, production, and execution of events, which includes event planning consultation, budget management, travel arrangements and staffing, and event follow-up and reporting.
• Assist in the definition and creation of event goals, while working closely with brand, marketing, sales, product teams, PR, and upper management to achieve business goals via events.
• Manage relationships with vendors, and venue support staff to ensure the effective production of events. 
• Working alongside the Director of Events, develop the team structure and support efforts to increase departmental performance and efficiency.
• Lead the follow-up event reporting to measure and identify strengths and weaknesses to improve event processes where warranted.
• Work to improve the existing on-site show management processes and logistics which include staffing needs and the delivery of all event related assets.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in events or trade shows.
• Flexibility to travel and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
