Responsibilities
- Assist the recruiting team in day-to-day activities
- Learn full-cycling recruiting from beginning to end
- Source qualified passive candidates
- Screen resumes for various engineering and business roles
- Schedule phone interviews and maintain contact with each candidate
- Coordinate onsite interviews, welcome candidates and keep interviewers on schedule
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the flow of the interview process
- Be available to attend job fairs to recruit potential talent
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be organized and able to juggle multiple schedules
- Excellent communication skills
- An interest in technology and learning about the technology and business of System1
