The Implementation Manager role is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of the Operations and Sales teams. This person will be responsible for managing client expectations and leading projects to ensure the successful implementation of new shippers and carriers on our platform. This is a highly critical role as it directly correlates to continued success of the Los Angeles marketplace by constantly improving the client experience. The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, loves solving problems, creating new processes, scaling those processes, and can thrive in a start-up culture.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the implementation process, acting as a technical liaison between the customer, sales, operations and product teams
  • Understand and assess customer requirements; ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and expectation management
  • Be a product expert in all aspects of the Cargomatic platform; passing on your expertise to each customer so they can utilize our service to its full potential
  • Provide excellent customer service skills in both pre-sale and post-sale implementations
  • Develop and implement processes and procedure for new shippers and carrier that drive usage and expansion
  • Implement training process and guide team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of products and services

 

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree
  • 5-8 years of management experience
  • PMP Certification and SaaS experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and communicate logically and succinctly with team/customers at all levels
  • Ability to focus and stay calm under pressure
