The Facilities Coordinator will operate and maintain all logistics of the Loot Crate HQ offices and act as the face of the company for guests and clients. To thrive in this position, you must be a proactive self starter with outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do: 

  • Coordination and management of all logistic aspects of the Loot Crate HQ, including: receiving and distributing all incoming postal and product deliveries, maintaining and restocking break areas, ensuring facilities are tidy, reporting any building issues to Director of Facilities.
  • Maintain the lobby, front desk and printing area of Loot Crate HQ and greet all incoming visitors, guests, and applicants and assist them with sign in procedures and communication to employees.
  • Assist the Director of Facilities with various projects/tasks, act as liaison between Director of Facilities and external vendors, as needed, act as backup for Director of Facilities, when needed and available for support to other departments, as needed, and on approval from Director of Facilities.

  • You are the aware of facilities and supplies at all times, the break room and office supply areas are always stocked and replenished on a basis where supply meets demand.
  • Any facility requests are thoroughly and promptly handled when they arise and are tracked through completion.
  • You maintain a tidy and friendly atmosphere that adequately promotes and is true to our brand to ensure the comfort and productivity of company employees.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Two or more years of experience in office and administrative support work, preferably in a high level front desk/concierge role.
  • High level of confidence and excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer centric mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving nature.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Docs, Spreadsheets, Calendar, Mail, Drive).
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
